Withdrawals at US-Blackjack.com

Customers can submit their withdrawal request at anytime. However, US.Blackjack.com only processes withdrawals on Mondays. Your withdrawal request must enter the system prior to Sunday at 11:59 a.m. in order for our accounting department to process your request. Processing a withdrawal request also needs authorization from our fraud division. This is done to protect our members from possible fraudulent activities ensuring you and not somebody else receives the funds.

All withdrawal transactions are processed in US Dollars. The time it may take to receive your funds into your preferred payout account may vary. You will be contacted by the finance team soon after you make a withdrawal request, together you will make all the all the necessary arrangements and receive our best recommendations and options related.

Required Wager Qualifications

Players must wager at least 12 times the amount of their deposit and bonus in order to cash out any winnings or as stated in a specific promotion or bonus requirement, always check your e-mail confirmation or promotion mailers about the wagering requirement. Players who attempt to cash out any winnings prior to having met the wagering requirements will have the bonus canceled and the withdrawal request declined. Wagers made on Roulette or Black Jack do not count towards meeting your wagering requirements. Bonus money cannot be withdrawn and once credited it must be put into play. Any winnings made from bonus monies are subject to wagering and withdrawal rules.

Credit Card Authorization Form

If you have funded your US.Blackjack.com account with a Visa or MasterCard and are withdrawing funds from any of our withdrawal methods we must first have on file a 'Credit Card Authorization Form' along with a clear photocopy of a valid picture ID (driver's license, passport, etc.) and both sides of the associated Credit Card. Valid Account Information

All accounts must have correct and valid information listed in their US.Blackjack.com account. Our Risk Management or Accounting Department may verify the telephone number at any given time, if we are able to confirm the use of an invalid phone number US.Blackjack.com may forfeiture any and all winnings. US.Blackjack.com will only allow one payout per household, per player, per computer, per IP address, per family unless prior authorization from management.

Picture ID and Utility Bill

Fraud Verification Process

Every Monday fraud Management will randomly select some accounts for a verification process that consists in reviewing all transactions, the paperwork that has been received to make sure it is complete, legible, that the account information matches the paperwork and review the account game sessions and wagering requirements.

Since this is a random procedure and there is no way to know who will be selected each Monday however, it is a one time procedure, therefore every customer that requests a payout will be subject to this process at some point or another, even if they have all corresponding requirements for a payout in order.

Once the verification process has been finished the funds are flowed back to the account, a note added to the account stating the random check was already processed. The payout should be completed next coming Monday if the customer requests it again.
